Wrapture Australia wraps will arrive to you in "loom state" and, while we know the wait is tough, they'll need an initial wash to be ready for you to wear.

It's important to note that there will be some shrinkage after the first washing. This also sets the fibres and makes it ready for you to use. It is essential that you check all wraps thoroughly before wash or use and contact us immediately if you see any flaws.

We recommend an initial cold wash, no spin with subsequent washes on a gentle cycle. We like to use a natural detergent without optical brighteners, that’s good enough for baby’s delicate skin.

Do not use bleach or fabric softener as they can compromise the integrity of the fibers. Line dry is ideal but you can tumble dry your wrap on low heat if it is not a viscose blend, however, we do not recommend this as a regular option.

A steam iron will smooth out the fibers and prevent creasing and wear at the rails. We do not however recommend an iron for our Niah range as the mallowy ripple is part of it's magic and should be left to cuddle you little one straight out of the wash.
