Sales

Wrapture wraps are available for sale worldwide with the exception of the USA and Canada at this time. 

If you have won the right to purchase a wrap through any of our draws, you will be sent a PayPal invoice which is due within 24 hours of receipt of invoice. Failure to pay will result in your wrap being reassigned. Failure to pay an invoice may also mean that you are ineligible for future draws.


Colour

We try to provide our customers with photographs that display our wrap colours accurately, however, due to varying technologies, we cannot ensure the accuracy of our images on devices as compared to the actual product. 

Delivery

Deliveries will only go to the address given when processing through checkout. This is to protect both us as suppliers, and you as customers. We aim to dispatch your product(s) within 3 business days of the receipt of payment. Tracking details can be emailed to you on request. All parcels are registered or express Australia Post.

Please examine your wrap thoroughly as soon as reasonably possible after you receive it. Should you find any defect in the quality or condition of the goods, you must contact us immediately. Washing constitutes using of a wrap and we will not accept return of wraps that have been washed or used. 

Liability

By proceeding with your purchase at Wrapture Australia you signify that you have read our Safety page, you agree to use our wraps in a safe manner, and that the care of your baby is solely your responsibility.  

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges from the original customer of brand new unwashed unworn merchandise within 14 days of receipt.  Returns and exchanges must be in brand new condition with all tags, boxes, and paperwork intact. Returns and exchanges may not have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged in any way. The item must be in the original as-new condition. Returns and Exchanges are non-transferable.

Please write to Wrapture Australia for refund/exchange approval before returning an item for refund or exchange.

Exchanges can only be made for in-stock items.

Refunds will be issued once item has been received. Please allow at least 72 hours for the refund to  be processed.  Shipping costs and Express shipping costs on both international and domestic orders are non-refundable. Wrapture Australia will cover the cost of return shipping if the item being returned/exchanged has a manufacturer's defect or flaw.
